"I'm a Kool Kid" Foundation is a group of volunteers committed
to improving the lives of children with cancer and other
life-threatening illnesses. Created in August 1998, as a
not-for-profit organization, the foundation provides hospitalized
children "treasured gifts" in a very special and unique way.

Sink Loved Children...
Mrs. Patricia Cloer Sink’s life was dedicated to improving the lives
of children she worked with at schools, churches and social service
agencies. As a loving wife and mother of two daughters, she knew first
hand the challenges associated with having a child with cancer.
Unfortunately, Pat’s life ended in a tragic automobile accident
shortly after the founding of the “I’m a Kool Kid” Foundation. It
is in Pat’s memory that we continue her dream of bringing a small gift
of kindness to hospitalized children. Pat is greatly missed and through
the “I’m A Kool Kid” Foundation, her spirit lives on . . . helping
bring joy and happiness to children in hospitals everywhere.
